The key to successfully switching to natural products.
I am now loving my low toxin approach to health and beauty. Soon, you will too! Know why I switched to natural products here.
It may seem to be a lot to take in but really it's pretty simple. You have to start with that decision that would really benefit you in the long run. It feels overwhelming at first. An organic health and beauty routine is possible on any budget.
The key here is to be patient.
Just as Jordin said, "Take one step at a time, there's no need to rush." Making a decision to switch is the first step, and each step you take is towards a safer and healthier beauty routine.
Be patient enough to know that this not an overnight change.
You have probably been on chemical based products most of your life, so this will really take some time.
Be patient and plan on.
Sit down and think about what product you should prioritize for replacing. For me, I choose my skin care routine. I am in need of a solution to my acne problem so this is on top of my list.
You can also just start with something easy like your bath soap and work your way up.
Be patient with the results.
Again this won't be an overnight solution. For a while it may seem like your new products aren't working but you have to be patient and let your body regulate.
I had this moment when I thought nothing is working because my pimples got worse, but I know my skin is adjusting to the new products and is trying to purge out the impurities due to chemical dependency or too much toxins in the pores.
So I trusted the process and now my skin is a lot better and I am looking forward to more improvements as I continue with all natural products.
